Escalier COTTAGE JUNIOR - hêtre
Miller’s staircase in untreated beech
Product description
BETWEEN THE TRADITIONAL STAIRCASE AND THE MEZZANINE'S LADDER
While a mezzanine's ladder has a slope between 60 and 70 degrees, the slope of a conventional staircase is between 25 and 40 degrees. The COTTAGE JUNIOR miller's staircase is positioned between both with its 51.34 degree slope. It is therefore more comfortable to climb up and down than a mezzanine's ladder while offering significant place saving at the same time.
Extremely easy to install, the COTTAGE JUNIOR also has the advantage of being easy to recut. This makes it easy to adjust to your dimensions. Its maximum floor-to-floor height is 280 cm for a straight staircase, but it can be increased to 305 cm with an optional bullnose step. For a staircase with a 3 winder treads, the floor-to-floor height is 320 cm and can also be increased to 345 cm with an optional bullnose step.
A CLASSIC, 4 CONFIGURATIONS
Made of untreated spruce, the COTTAGE JUNIOR has 13 treads with a depth of 14 cm. The total width of the staircase is 65 cm. The total run is 214 cm. Classic and elegant, it can be fitted with an optional "Mini" banister for added safety.
The COTTAGE JUNIOR is part of the SOGEM Classic range. There are also other COTTAGE versions in spruce or beech : COTTAGE PREMIUM, COTTAGE MEDIUM and COTTAGE LARGE.
