Loft ladder ISOWOOD
Loft ladder in solid fir
Product description
3 DIMENSIONS, FOLDABLE INTO 3 PARTS
Designed for a floor-to-ceiling height of 280 cm, the ISOWOOD folding staircase is available in 3 dimensions: 120 x 60 cm, 120 cm x 70 cm and 140 cm x 70 cm. It consists of 3 sections that fold over each other.
The advantage of ISOWOOD? If it is in kit form, it is already partially assembled. This makes it even easier to install. 100% solid fir, it has 12 steps 8 cm deep and 27 mm thick, like the stringers.
AN FSC CERTIFIED STAIRCASE
A metal latch closes the ISOWOOD trapdoor. A 33 mm, white, insulated hatch. Its U-value - the lower the U-value, the better the insulation - is 1.20 W/m²K. It has been tested and certified to EN 12207-1. ISOWOOD also complies with another European standard – EN 14975 -, with DIN 4570 and is FSC-certified (wood from sustainably managed forests). Its casing is made of MDF, also white, and is 13.5 cm high.
ISOWOOD has been overload tested to ensure its strength. It will easily support a load of up to 150 kilos. More comfortable than a miller's ladder, it will also guarantee you a serious space saving.
OPERATING POLE INCLUDED - MAKE THE OPENING OF YOUR LOFT LADDER EASY
